-A central hub for guidance and insights-
📌 Any future updates or important information will be posted here — so this is your go-to place for staying connected with the Whakatipu platform and kaupapa.
Here’s what you’ll find in each section of your dashboard:
View the people you support.
This section displays a list of your currently assigned supervisees, including their start date, supervision frequency, and next session date.
Each supervisee’s name links to their individual profile, where you can view:
Their identified goals
Noted strengths
Any barriers to practice or wellbeing that may impact their work
This profile helps you reflect more deeply and tailor your support to what matters most for each person.
Complete a short log after each session.
This form captures key themes, session reflections, and the next supervision date. Your logs help shape meaningful organisational insights — without ever compromising individual confidentiality.
🛡️ Logs are stored securely and are never visible to supervisees or their employers.
As part of this Welcome to Whakatipu section, you’ll find a downloadable Supervisor Info Pack — your go-to guide for understanding how the platform works, what the session log captures, and how we protect the integrity of supervision.
It includes:
A simple breakdown of what the session log is (and isn’t)
The reasons we collect certain information — and how it’s used
How we uphold confidentiality and data security
How anonymised themes contribute to meaningful insights for organisations
This info pack is here to support your confidence and clarity as you navigate your role. Whether you’re brand new or returning to supervision, it’s always available for reference.
Access tools to support your supervision practice.
From supervision frameworks to reflective practice models and cultural guidance, the Resource Hub brings together helpful, grounded resources to support your work.
